The Arrowhead ranch is an ideal place for you
to enjoy the experience of hunting in the woods and river
bottoms of Northeast Texas. Located less than 3 hours
from Dallas; right along the Red River, north of Clarksville,
Texas. We offer excellent opportunities for hunting all
types of native game on a year round basis. HUNT HOGS
ALL YEAR! Both archery and gun hunters are welcome.
All hunts are semi-guided with transportation on the ranch and
game care included. Groups of hunters are welcome with
special rates for groups of four or more and family outings
are strongly encouraged. Special "non-hunter"
stands are also prepared for those who enjoy viewing wildlife,
yet are not interested in game harvest. We also have
target ranges for archery and firearms, so you can be sure you
are sighted in. Hunts are conducted on 3,000 acres of free
range (no high fence).
New hunting opportunities just recently opened up in northern
red river county on the Arrowhead Ranch
managed for deer and turkey since 1997. Only 3 other hunters
currently on lease. Ranch is run by husband and wife and
hunting operation well suited for couples and families.
Family program - year round use for families (husband, wife,
& kids 16 and under) includes 1 mature buck, doe permits,
1 spring turkey, unlimited hogs, squirrel and duck hunting -
$2500 (2 spots left)
Year-round lease - same as family program but for individual
only - $2000 (4 spots left)
Deer season only - 1 mature buck, 2 doe permits, unlimited
hogs - Oct 2 thru Jan 2 - $1500 (4 spots left)
Spring turkey - 1 gobbler, unlimited hogs (for for evenings)
April 16 thru 30 - $1000 (4 spots open)
Over a dozen food plots, several feeders, and 200 acres of
wheat/oats planted. Stands and hunt sights already available
or set your own.
