Deer Lease in Childress Texas. It is 10,000 acres with a four bedroom house on it. 
I have been on this lease for 5 years this will be my 6th year. This year all my 
other hunters abandoned me. It took too long for the owner to decided if he was going 
to sell it or lease it. There are going to be a total of 7 guns on this lease. I have 2 
possibly 3 spots available at $3,571 per gun. I also ask that each new member provide 
at least one blind and one feeder. I want each gun to shoot 1 trophy whitetail 130-and 
over and one main frame 8 that is at least 3.5 years old. And 2 does per gun. Each 
gun will also shoot one Mule deer buck. This is a year round lease dove, hog, Turkey 
and varmint hunting is also included. There is also very limited duck hunting. Also
